The Greatest Showman (2018)
mini review
In an alternate reality of 1841 that has the pop-culture musical tastes of 2017, a man coincidentally named “Phineas Taylor Barnum” starts as a poor tailor’s apprentice, then boot-straps himself to the ringleader of THE circus/freak-show to see in the United States.
Hugh Jackman plays a humanly flawed character, Zac Efron continues to prove he’s a good actor, and Zendaya is an acrobat.
The soundtrack is good and the choreography is outstanding!
As long as you remember that this is absolutely not about the real-life PT Barnum from our universe, you’ll enjoy this movie!
